Upgrading Your Plan
To upgrade to a paid plan:
- Go to Account Settings → Billing
- Click "Upgrade Plan"
- Select your desired plan
- Choose monthly or annual billing
- Enter payment information
- Confirm your upgrade
Tip: Annual billing offers a 20% discount compared to monthly billing.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Billing Cycle
Understanding your billing:
- Monthly: Billed every month on the same date you subscribed
- Annual: Billed once per year with 20% discount
- Prorated: Upgrades are prorated for the current billing period
- Renewal: Automatic renewal unless cancelled
You'll receive an email receipt for each payment.
Refunds & Cancellation
Our refund and cancellation policy:
Cancelling Your Subscription
- Go to Account Settings → Billing
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Choose your reason for cancelling (optional)
- Confirm cancellation
Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Refund Policy
- Full refund within 14 days of first subscription
- Prorated refunds for annual plans cancelled within 30 days
- No refunds for partial months after the initial period
- Enterprise plans have custom refund terms
