Upgrading Your Plan

To upgrade to a paid plan:

  1. Go to Account Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Upgrade Plan"
  3. Select your desired plan
  4. Choose monthly or annual billing
  5. Enter payment information
  6. Confirm your upgrade
Tip: Annual billing offers a 20% discount compared to monthly billing.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Debit cards
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay (on supported devices)
  • Google Pay (on supported devices)

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Billing Cycle

Understanding your billing:

  • Monthly: Billed every month on the same date you subscribed
  • Annual: Billed once per year with 20% discount
  • Prorated: Upgrades are prorated for the current billing period
  • Renewal: Automatic renewal unless cancelled

You'll receive an email receipt for each payment.

Refunds & Cancellation

Our refund and cancellation policy:

Cancelling Your Subscription

  1. Go to Account Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Choose your reason for cancelling (optional)
  4. Confirm cancellation

Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Refund Policy

  • Full refund within 14 days of first subscription
  • Prorated refunds for annual plans cancelled within 30 days
  • No refunds for partial months after the initial period
  • Enterprise plans have custom refund terms
